1Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Tax Service Mitra website (taxservicemitra.com), engaging our services, or using our AI tools, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). Please read them carefully before proceeding.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our website or services. These Terms apply to all visitors, clients, and users of our website and services.

2Services Provided

Tax Service Mitra provides professional CA and compliance services including but not limited to:

• GST Registration, Return Filing, Notices, and Audit
• Income Tax Return (ITR) Filing for individuals, businesses, and NRIs
• Company, LLP, Proprietorship, and Partnership Registration
• Trademark, Copyright, and ISO Certification
• Accounting, Bookkeeping, and Auditing
• TDS/TCS Return Filing and PF/ESI Compliance
• AI-powered Tax Tools (Chatbot, Calculator, Document Analyzer, Blog Writer)

Specific service terms, deliverables, timelines, and fees are governed by individual engagement agreements or service confirmation communications between Tax Service Mitra and the client.

We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue any service at our discretion, including in cases of non-payment, provision of false information, or legal/ethical conflicts.

2Fees & Payment

Fee Structure:

• Service fees are quoted prior to engagement and confirmed via WhatsApp, email, or written agreement
• Quoted fees cover professional charges only; government fees, stamp duty, and portal charges are billed separately unless otherwise stated
• Fees are non-refundable once work has commenced unless we are unable to complete the service due to our own fault

Payment Terms:

• Payment is typically required in advance or as agreed at the time of engagement
• Accepted payment modes: NEFT/RTGS, UPI, Paytm, and bank transfer
• Government fee disbursements require advance payment before we proceed
• Outstanding payments may result in suspension of services without prior notice

Additional Charges: Any scope changes, additional government rounds, appearances, or objections not covered in the original scope will be quoted and billed separately with prior notice.

4Client Obligations

To enable us to deliver our services effectively, clients agree to:

• Accuracy: Provide complete, accurate, and truthful information and documents. Any penalties or issues arising from inaccurate information provided by the client are the client’s sole responsibility
• Timeliness: Respond to requests for documents, information, or approvals promptly. Delays caused by clients may result in missed deadlines for which Tax Service Mitra cannot be held responsible
• Legal Compliance: Not request services for any illegal, fraudulent, or unethical purpose
• Document Originals: Maintain originals of all documents; we retain only copies as required for the service
• Verification: Review and verify all filings, returns, and documents before they are submitted in your name
• Confidentiality: Not share credentials or logins provided by us with third parties

5Intellectual Property

All content on taxservicemitra.com including text, graphics, logos, blog articles, AI tool outputs, software, and design is the exclusive property of Tax Service Mitra and is protected by Indian copyright and intellectual property laws.

• You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our content without prior written consent
• Limited personal, non-commercial use is permitted with proper attribution
• AI-generated blog content produced through our Blog Writer tool for your use is yours to publish, but Tax Service Mitra retains the right to use anonymised versions for training and demonstration
• Client documents and data remain the property of the client at all times

6Confidentiality

Tax Service Mitra takes confidentiality of client information extremely seriously. Our CA professionals are bound by professional secrecy obligations under the Chartered Accountants Act, 1949.

• All client financial information, documents, and communications are kept strictly confidential
• Client information is shared only with government portals as required for service delivery
• Staff and associates sign confidentiality agreements as a condition of employment
• We will not disclose client information to competitors, media, or unrelated third parties

You agree to keep confidential any proprietary processes, templates, or working methods of Tax Service Mitra that you may encounter during our engagement.

7Termination of Services

Termination by Client: You may terminate services at any time by written notice. Fees paid for work already completed are non-refundable. Pending government applications may require additional steps before termination.

Termination by Tax Service Mitra: We reserve the right to terminate services with 7 days’ notice if:

• Payment obligations are not met
• Client provides false, misleading, or fraudulent information
• Continuation would violate professional ethics or applicable law
• Client engages in abusive or inappropriate conduct toward our staff

Upon termination, we will provide you with copies of all documents and filings completed on your behalf. We will retain records as required by law.

8AI Tools — Terms of Use

Our AI Suite is provided free of charge as a value-added service. By using our AI tools, you agree to:

• Use the tools only for lawful purposes related to tax and compliance information
• Not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or exploit the AI systems
• Not submit false, misleading, or offensive content to the AI tools
• Understand that AI responses are informational only and not professional advice
• Verify all AI-generated calculations and analyses independently before acting
• Not use the Blog Writer to generate misleading or plagiarised content

We reserve the right to suspend AI tool access for users who abuse these tools or violate these terms. The AI tools may be modified, restricted, or discontinued at any time without prior notice.

9Warranties & Representations

Tax Service Mitra warrants that:

• Services will be performed by qualified CA and tax professionals
• We hold valid ICAI membership and comply with professional standards
• We carry professional indemnity as required by professional regulations

Tax Service Mitra does NOT warrant that:

• Government authorities will approve all applications we file on your behalf
• Tax assessments, notices, or demands can always be resolved in your favour
• The website or AI tools will be uninterrupted, error-free, or always current
• Specific tax savings or refund amounts will be achieved

Our liability is limited to re-performing the specific service where an error on our part is established, or refunding fees paid for that specific service.

10Dispute Resolution

We are committed to resolving any issues promptly and fairly.

Step 1 — Internal Resolution: Contact us at info@taxservicemitra.com or +91-9135051086. We will acknowledge your grievance within 48 hours and aim to resolve it within 15 business days.

Step 2 — Mediation: If the dispute is not resolved internally, the parties agree to attempt mediation before initiating formal legal proceedings.

Step 3 — Arbitration: Unresolved disputes shall be referred to arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The seat of arbitration shall be New Delhi. The language of arbitration shall be English.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts of New Delhi shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes not resolved through arbitration.

11Amendments

Tax Service Mitra reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting on our website with an updated date. For material changes, we will provide at least 30 days’ notice to active clients via email or WhatsApp.

Your continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
